Summer/Winter?<br>I guess pilots always have to wear the company suit once outside the cockpit... so a long sleeve shirt would be ideal?<br><br>Yea free stuff are addictive, especially from star hotels ;) btw why a pilot have to buy a meal before a flight? when he can have it on board for free? or is it because most short-trip airline meals suck?<br><br>i guess, if u like it... then u can always have free meals on board? ;)Ajinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6093644604429778937.post-53345586739273618892009-04-29T23:57:53.000-07:002009-04-29T23:57:53.000-07:00I wear my long sleeve (with long underwear under!)...I wear my long sleeve (with long underwear under!) and my jacket (I have 3, long coat, leather jacket and suit jacket) during the winter as I have to do the walk around and cockpits can get VERY cold during the winter. The heater works pretty good (the heated windshield helps too) but it can still be very cold. <br><br>Meals are only served on planes with first class (mainline). Many regional airlines don't have first class and thus no meals for the crew. At most at my airline pilots get nuts and trail mix.<em></em>Geeknoreply@blogger.com
